We went there for our group dinner, there were 17 of us. So we separated to two tables.
This is a Thai Restaurant therefore most of the food are hot, spicy, sweet and sour. Most of the spices are imported from Thailand and the food was prepared in kampung style and traditional style. The workers are from Thailand. They can understand English and Hokkien. So you can communicate with them in with both languages.
About the Environment
This restaurant is next to a fish pond. The restaurant is built with logs and woods. It looks natural and with the kampung feeling. The environment here is peaceful and quiet. You can enjoy your lunch and dinner overhere.
Activities
There are lots of fish in the pond. While waiting for the food to be served, you can feed the fish.
About the Fish
We can choose and catch the fish by ourself and therefore the fish is very sweet and fresh.
Location
From the Cheras to Ampang "Langat Hill" you can see the "Look Out Point" on your right, after about 1.5km drive, please keep to the right and you will see a board written "菜园酒家"。Turn into the side road on your right. The road is quite bumpy, so drive slowly. About 15 min drive, you will see the restaurant.

My Comment:
The food there isn't very special, further more, the service was very messy up. I guessed too many customers that night, our dishes took more than one and half hour to serve. And they also forget our two dishes...since wait too long..we cancel them..already no mood to wait. In conclusion, I don't think I will go to this restraurant during weekend again. The only special about the place is the environment..others than that, can't find anything that special..especially if you really look for good food.
